In the middle of Oskarshamn stands an old tree.  Around it, we have designed a new building composed of differentiated volumes with complementary proportions unified by a warm wood facade.  Townhouse entrances create a more pedestrian friendly street while a mix of studios and larger apartments above allows for a diverse mix of living spaces. A sustainable hybrid structure of timber and concrete holds a raised common garden concealing the garage below.
